Drawing I did for the Bureau of Drawers live drawing event, Economy of Line 2, that took place last night at UrbanLight Studios in Greenwood, Seattle, WA. I gave myself a theme for the night, “Monsters & Their Victims,” this one is an old-timey sailor who is being “bad touched” by a small but very curios Leviathan.
It’s time for The Bureau of Drawers second Economy of Line show, our live drawing series. It will be happening this Friday, January 13th at Urbanlight Studios (8537 Greenwood Ave N. Suite 1 Seattle, WA 98103 - 2067087281), between 6pm - 10pm as part of the Greenwood Art Up Walk.
Come by and see as more than a dozen artists, illustrators and cartoonists draw right before your eyes. Marvel at our attempts to fill in the wall space of the Urbanlight, have us draw you a picture, or two.
I will be taking commissions for $5 and will also have a few matted prints on sale there for $20-25 a piece.
Hey everyone, just wanted to let everyone know about the a show I will be at along with the members of the Bureau of Drawers. We will be doing live drawing at UrbanLight Studios at 8537 Greenwood Ave N. Ste 1 Seattle, WA on Friday June 10th from 6-10pm as part of the Greenwood Art-Up Walk.
Come buy and hang out, watch us draw and chat with us, possibly drink and eat things (not sure if they will have anything, they usually do and it’s usually free). We will be trying to fill the wall and everything will be for sale for cheap. All money goes to help us, the starving artists of the Seattle, feed us before we start lumbering through the streets nibbling on passers by.
